Preschool & School Registration

Attention New Preschool and School Families

St. Cecilia School registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year! Please click on the link below to begin the registration process. If you have any questions about the registration process or would like to set up a tour, please contact the school office at 515-232-5290. 

Unless your child is transferring from another school, we will need you to bring the following into the school office by the first day your child will be entering school:

• Immunization Form
• Physical Form
• Lead Testing Result (sometimes part of physical, if not, will need separate form)
• Vision Screening (sometimes part of physical, if not, will need separate form)
• Dental Screening

PowerSchool is a student information system that St. Cecilia School uses to maintain and update all student information. PowerSchool is a web based cross platform application that enables administrators, faculty, and staff to easily access student data. Student data is stored on a centralized, secure server accessible by a web browser.

Enrollment Express is a new data collection system within PowerSchool. Enrollment forms will be shared with you via the Parent Portal in PowerSchool (https://archd.powerschool.com/public). Forms submitted by you are automatically accessible to school staff via their PowerSchool portal.

We're confident Enrollment Express will make it easier for both the school and you to complete necessary paperwork in an easier, more efficient way.

Once your pre-registration form (Step 1) is approved you will receive an email from a no-reply@ with the subject line reading (Archdiocese of Dubuque) PowerSchool Registration Information explaining how to complete the registration process.

Forms included in the registration process are:

2. Student Address
3. Student Contacts
4. Health Information
5. Permissions
6. Religious Record
7. Tuition Agreement
8. Registration Survey
9. Acknowledgement of Completion
10. Home Language Survey

Parents' Guide To Registration: PowerSchool Enrollment Express

Every family will need to set up a FACTS Tuition Management account as we will bill tuition and fees through this site.

1. Go to: FACTS Tuition Management
2. Please create an account.
3. Upon creating an account, you will go through a set up process which will include adding your students and picking a payment plan option.
4. After completing this process, your account will be 'pending'.
5. The office will receive notice and enter your tution and fees to 'finalize' your account, then your payment will start on the date you selected.
