PowerSchool is a student information system that St. Cecilia School uses to maintain and update all student information. PowerSchool is a web based cross platform application that enables administrators, faculty, and staff to easily access student data. Student data is stored on a centralized, secure server accessible by a web browser.
Enrollment Express is a new data collection system within PowerSchool. Enrollment forms will be shared with you via the Parent Portal in PowerSchool (https://archd.powerschool.com/public). Forms submitted by you are automatically accessible to school staff via their PowerSchool portal.
We're confident Enrollment Express will make it easier for both the school and you to complete necessary paperwork in an easier, more efficient way.
You can complete school registration in PowerSchool by following one of these two processes:
Option 1
PowerSchool Public Portal
1. Follow https://archd.powerschool.com/public and log in to PowerSchool by entering your username and password.
2. Click Forms in the left navigation column to complete this year's registration forms.
Option 2
PowerSchool App
1. Download the PowerSchool App on a mobile device and enter this code to connect to our PowerSchool: TSQP
2. Touch More in the lower-right corner.
3. Touch Forms to complete this year's registration forms.
Registration will need to be completed for all students separately, and some registration froms can be submitted for all students at once. After accessing PowerSchool from the Public Portal or from the App, accessing the "Forms" options will allow you to complete the registration process.
There will be up to three sections of forms to review, and it is important that all forms are completed in each section.
