My name is Bethany Dahlke, assistant to the Head Cook. I grew up in Michigan. I'm glad the kids love apples. If it weren't for apples, I wouldn't be here! Grandma met grandpa when she went to his apple farm to buy cider. Fr. Samuel Mazzuchelli is one of my newest favorite Holy persons. Mackinac Island was my confirmation retreat, where he built St. Ann's church giving his all for Jesus. It's not just about serving good lunches, it's about the mission to St. Cecilia's.
