After attending college at Iowa State University, I was so thrilled that the Holy Spirit guided me back to Ames in 1990 to teach. I wanted to be a Kindergarten teacher after my own first day of Kindergarten, and I cannot imagine spending my days in any other educational setting. I love St. Cecilia School with all of my heart! My husband and I both grew up in Marion, Iowa, just 100 miles east of Ames, and we are very proud of our two daughters, who both live close by so that we can have lots of family fun together.
