St. Cecilia School uses FACTS Tuition Management for payment of tuition and fees incurred throughout the school year such as Family School Association Dues and Field Trip Fees.

Convenience & Security: Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
Consumer Account: You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime.

If you already have a FACTS account through the Student Tuition Organization, you will use the same sign on and will see a separate tab ‘Payment Plan & Billing’ upon signing in.
If you do not have a FACTS account already, please ‘create an account.’
Upon signing in or creating an account, you will go through a set up process which will include adding your students and picking a payment plan option. After completing this process, your account will be ‘pending.’
The office will receive notice and enter your fees for the school year. This will include tuition and ‘incidental fees’ which will be billed to you and will include the following (please note that these fees have been built into the tuition in past years and are not new fees): Family School Association and Field Trip (for Ames area field trip, you will not be charged a bus fee), etc.
